I am searching for an out-of-print Harlequin Romance book that I read years ago. I don't
know the title or author. I think the book was tan or brown. It is a Harlequin Romance published anywhere
between 1960 and the late 1980's.

The Heroine lives meagerly in a cottage or small home. She is poor
or lives that way by choice. The home may be without electricity for a time. The Heroine has a female roommate
who moves out suddenly. Then the Hero moves into the home with the Heroine. Heroine is not happy to have Hero
as a replacement roommate. The Heroine earns money by typing for people. She does
this work out of her home while using a manual typewriter. Someone makes grilled cheese sandwiches over a fire in the
fireplace...maybe because of no electricity in the home?
